Abby and George O’Neill helped to establish the Youth and Family Counseling Agency of Oyster Bay-East Norwich (YFCA) with Lin Bullock as its first Director. Its mission was to address the needs of local youth, providing mental health and alcohol counseling and other social services. The CFOB has provided significant funding to the YFCA for more than 50 years.
